I was interviewed in Leicester by a partner from the firm, the interview was nice and relaxed. He mainly asked competency based questions and the interview lasted about half an hour.

Filled in an online application, answering a few competency questions and questions about skills. Got invited to an interview with a solicitor at the firm. If successful, you then get invited to an interview with a partner of the firm & an assessment day.
