Analytical as well as using psychometric tests to determine fit to the position as well as assessment test as well as three interview shortlisting process and written samples of previous work
The interview was smooth we did it through Microsoft Teams and it lasted around 60 minutes we discussed HR related topics as well as some technical topics about programming languages and electronics
