The owner of the company called me to ask a few preliminary questions and to set up an interview. He said to expect to be there for an hour for questions and to fill out paperwork. He did not mention that there would be a long testing process of about 50 math questions using only paper and pencil, 20 reading questions, a typing test, and a 10 key test. They give you 45 minutes to complete the two written tests, but they let me take another 30 mins to finish. I then interviewed with two women where they ask you only a handful of questions between jokes and stories, and said that there is a high turn-over (they actually said "we just can't keep anyone") and a lot to learn and retain. The whole process for me took 2 hours 30 minutes - a long time to waste when I wasn't informed about the 4 tests I'd have to take, they didn't seem to be in any hurry considering one of the women was talking about things such as dying her hair blue, and they did not inform me that I did not get it after saying they would and I did not hear from them again. Very frustrating and impersonal.
