      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fragomen (San José, ) en mai 2024

      Awful, they made me waste my time and disrespected me as a professional. A recruiter from the company contacted me through Linkedin in May 2024, he told me that my profile was perfect for what they were looking for and scheduled me for an initial interview. The initial interview was positive so I moved to the second step which was the technical interview. Having already scheduled the technical interview, they decided to move it to me a week later, making the process longer and more tedious. When I finally arrived at the technical interview -after 3 weeks of waiting- I realized that it was not a technical interview, it was another initial screening but with the QA Manager. She asked me about my experience quickly, we could hardly talk, she seemed disinterested and, in a hurry, to conclude our meeting. After that, the real technical interview was supposed to come to be able to apply for the position, but that never happened. The recruiter who had my profile decided not to answer me anymore, I had to insist on sending emails and his excuse was that almost all the managers were on vacation so the process would be slower than normal. I stopped insisting and asked about my process again in July (almost 2 months later) and the recruiter's response was "Sorry, today I found out that they decided to use an internal resource to fill the position", that was a lie! The recruiter already knew that I would not get in and still decided to forget about me for almost 1 month, I had hopes of getting the job since I needed it. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had from a company, zero empathy, I would rather starve than apply again for you with unprofessional people. Karma is real, so be aware of it, because karma will come for those unprofessional recruiters and managers that decided to ghost me.
