The process began with a screening, which then progressed to a two-hour interview with a number of senior associates/partners. It took about a month or so before I heard back.

There were behavioral questions, questions about prior experience, and that was about it. For the most part, the interview was mostly conversational which was nice.

fun 3. Phone Interview: If you pass the initial screening, you might have a phone interview with a recruiter or HR representative. This interview assesses your communication skills, motivation, and general fit for the organization. They may ask about your background, experience, and why you're interested in the position.
Three rounds. About 2 months total in process. The interviewers were very nice and asked thoughtful questions. I left the interview thinking I did not get the job. However, I received an offer weeks later.
