Direct interview, and the written.
Shows some writing skills with the written test, and then you are in.
Fluent English can help you get through the interview as well. Just be yourself and they will mark you off for your difference. Nothing is to afraid off here, but know your history well. The resume, the dates and your plans, frame it well. And you can get through the interview.

Interview process has 3 rounds. one with HR. One with Other manager. Finally with the director. The whole process takes 1 hr and sometimes there will be a language test.

Online webex video interview, with aptitude test email-composing, basic questions, and multiple choice questions communication skill tests. Article writing on a given topic. Overall one hour is taken for the whole interview process.
