Smooth and well organised. Very clear communication and feedback as well. Timely updates on the interview that was held. This also included clear communication from the manager of the branch.

I applied through Shine.com.
Then had a phone interview with the recruiter and then HR of Fragomen who then invited me for an online test followed by 3 interview rounds with HR, Accounts Manager and a final interview with Director. After conducting all these rounds they sent me a mail to inform that am not qualified for the post.

Interview started in Feb and ended in March and asked to wait for more rounds. Attended 5 rounds. In April they are simply mailing that you are rejected. at least they should mention the reason for the rejection. Totally disappointed with their procedures. I will never apply here and nor will recommend it to anyone.
