Interviewing with Maribelle was a breeze because they're looking for people to perform a very simple job. She will ask a few basic questions and if you don't seem completely incompetent, you'll likely be hired for the next week. Really, they're hiring you to press print all day long or sit in front of a copier, it is difficult to screw this interview up. However, they do tend to not do any interviewing off the street and most of their low level employees are found through the recruiting firm that is housed on the floor below Fragomen.

The interview process consisted of a brief phone screening and a more in depth in person interview. The questions asked during the in person interview were very direct and standard. I was interviewed by 3 attorneys and 2 supervising paralegals. The interview took approximately 1 hour.

Entretien
There was no interview, I was accepted before we had even met. That was a little unnerving, but for this particular position, they were hiring urgently. The day I first went to the office, I was shown my work area and started on on boarding materials.
I interviewed with a supervisor and a human resources coordinator. They described the position to me and what is to be expected. Then they interviewed me with direct questions and I was asked to talk about my past experiences.
