Entretien
I'll share my experience with y'all. There were 3 rounds 2 Technical and 1 HR Each round was supposed to be for 20 mins. My first round went about 40 mins. Started with the interviewer introducing himself, then asked me to introduce myself. He then asked me to explain my project which was on polynomial regression. He asked me 2 or 3 questions on my project. Then for about 30 mins he only asked me questions on SQL and Python Also DSA and OOPS Questions on SQL were as follows: Finding duplicate entries Removing duplicate entries but keeping the original one Aggregate functions Difference between where clause and having clause Rank function Dense rank function ( When to use which function ) Window functions Types of joins Difference between outer join and cross join Etc He then asked me which language you are comfortable in ? I said python And then he asked me basic logic based questions One question he asked me on DSA (Binary search) I was not comfortable with DSA, so I told him i am not sure if i can answer this. Then he asked me to forget about binary search and solve it using your usual approach which I did. And then he asked me how I can make this solution more time efficient. He started giving me hints till i came to a satisfactory approach. About OOPS, he asked me about inheritance and decorators He asked me several questions on dataframe, arrays (part of numpy and pandas) In between he asked me personal questions as well. For eg - Your team has been working on a project for quite a long time. They haven't finished it yet. And you got to know about this project today only. And tomorrow is the deadline. How would you deal with this type of situation ? Two more questions of this type were asked which i am not able to recall at the moment.
