The process was very smooth and well arranged. I had been referred here. I received a test link from fractal after resume shortlisting. After completing it they had arranged a telephonic interview. It was a technical discussion. Later I was invited for a face to face discussion at their office. There were two rounds , technical and HR. I felt really good attending the whole process. It was a positive learning experience for me.

Recruitment process: 1. Technical aptitude test(a mix of coding questions, mostly complete function body and some MCQs) covering basic coding logic and some SQL questions. 2. First technical interview 3. Second technical interview I guess there would have been another HR round, had I cleared the previous rounds
