The interview process was very professional, smooth and well-managed. The recruiter helped me give clarity on the role and the interview process. The entire process took about 2 weeks. It would have got over in 1 week but due to unavailability of an interviewer (who was important stakeholder for the role), the process took 2 weeks. The turnaround time for the hiring process was a quick one as they tried to group most of the interviews in one day. I had four rounds of interviews and one screening test (basic aptitude and quantitative tests). What is the most striking feature of the entire process was that the hiring team was respectful, warm and thoughtful towards the candidates' experience and made the most out of the candidates' available time.
