Nothing new, A phone call first then an assignment followed by a face-to-face interview. The Face-to-face interview was okay but the HR thought she was the Boss! It might be her way of eliminating the weak ones but honestly, Be humble! A company cannot have head-weighted people like her being all mighty and degrading to potential employees.
