CEO tries to recruit employees through networking, Craig's list, restaurants, referrals. CEO, HR and girlfriend of the CEO interviewed me. They are desperate to hire people because they offer a low salary. They claim to be a start up company, but they are not.

Question 1
There are no questions asked, he talks only about himself for 3 hours, he promises the world. He says that they are growing at 40% for the last three years. I contacted a few former employees on Linkedin. They were happy to help answer my questions. I was told low pay, heavily worked, pay cuts, no retirement benefits or commissions or bonuses (although he promises). Even the VP of HR/Finance had to take a paycut and also cut number of his days per week.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Foxx Life Sciences en juin 2024
Entretien
The application process lasted 5 months from my recruiter reaching out until the last communication. I had 2 interviews with the hiring managers, was told they liked me and were going to give me an offer. Over a month passed, and instead of an offer I was told I needed to do more interviewing - there was an odd HR interview that included generic questions I'd already been asked and rating myself on a scale of 1-10 in various categories. My recruiter said I'd also need to interview with the president, the HR person said that her interview would be the last one. Over a week later, I get a call from my recruiter saying they needed to cut costs and were no longer able to use agencies, so any candidates referred by recruiters were no longer in the running. Unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional.
