The interview process did go slow and consisted of a phone screening with HR and an online interview with the engineering manager. Common questions were asked, as well as some situational and industrial engineering questions.

In the first round just simple questions about your background. In the second round they will give you a project ( focus on the manufacturing procees ) let you prepare it and present in the interview.

There are three rounds of interviews with HR and multiple managers. However, the offer might take at least one month to process and issue. If you need to relocate from another state, you should consider this part.

Easygoing, first have a hr call then have interview with engineer manager and then with director of engineering. Each interview was easy going and just talk about past experiences and what you can bring to the table
