Phone interview with corporate HR lasting 10-20min with a scheduling of an in-person interview with the regional manager. Meeting with the regional manager was a typical on premise interview followed by a call back. Call back was a few days later setting up a time to meet with GM. Meeting with GM was a somewhat intense interview followed by description of the company and its values and goals. It was ended by scheduling a stage (shadowing of position). Stage lasted a couple hours and followed by a sit down discussion of the results with the GM and a verbal offer. Written offer was received within a week.

1 interview with regional manager followed by a working interview within a restaurant. This was about 3 hours long and ended with an interview with 2-3 managers including the regional manager and regional chef.
