I was invited for an initial 1-2-1 conversation shortly after submitting my application. This went well, and I was invited to give feedback on a piece of content to see how I would make it more practical and palatable to users. I did this, and although I was told I would hear back as soon as the team had reviewed my feedback, I never got a response. Not even a thank you. I thought this was a bit rich as giving this kind of feedback is essentially free labour.
