Recruiter reached out to me, we chatted, interview with the hiring manager, then four straight interviews with the team. Everyone was very nice and could tell me exactly the issue(s) they were hoping to resolve with the position and how the role fit within the team. I was put off to there being ANY communication after all of these interviews occurred. I reached out to the recruiter weeks after my final interviews and heard nothing in return. After spending as much time as I did in interviews and having them say that they were interested all along the way only to get ghosted was a slap in the face. Would've at least liked a boilerplate 'no' if I wasn't a fit or was missing a key skill or something. Silence is worse.
