One stage face-face interview setup by recruitment agency. Interviewer was supposed to be Dev manager. However Manager was not available due to busy schedule and met 2 of the senior developers. Interview went very well. They did ask about when can you start and mentioned they will come back soon. However didn't got any feedback. Recruitment agent didn't even bother to respond email / call.
