Started with an online assessment and an AI interview - from the offset showed me that the company is structured and streamlined. Then progressed to 2 different video interviews, first with an Analyst then with a Senior Consultant. Both went through brainteasers and case studies with me, then asked some general questions. Finally, I had a long case study project which I had to analyze and present to the 2 Managing Partners as if I were the consultant and they were my client. The case was Metalcraft scorecard, about automotive suppliers. It wasn't something I had experienced before, especially under such time pressures but it was interesting.

Entretien
It was great to meet people who helped with what Four Principles is expecting and how to improve for the nest round of interviews. The final assessment is hard but worth it to show your capabilities.
