Entretien
The one pro I will give this company is that it's very easy to set up the initial interview, if a little impersonal. I was hesitant as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. The outside of the building is very dingy and dirty looking, and in a strange neighborhood for the kind of business it claims to be. The inside was not any better. I walked in to a TV blaring at high volume, as well as music playing very loudly to be heard over the TV. The inside looked not very well cared for, with dirty looking floors and windows. The whole interview itself took maybe fifteen minutes. The man who interviewed me wasn't particularly friendly, and spoke too fast to be clearly understood. I was given very vague details about the job role itself, mostly just told how successful the company supposedly is and that they are looking to expand. From what I understand, they seem to be hiring for one position which is just multiple job roles combined into one (marketing, PR, administration, HR, etc). I was also given a vague answer when I asked about salary. I didn't ask very many questions, since I was put off by the unprofessional appearance of the building and receptionist, and the interviewer's cold demeanor. I declined any potential further interviews.
Thanks for the feedback! We have just moved to a new location so we are still getting the building together. As for the interview we are sorry that you had a negative experience, as we are training people in all facets of business, including interviewing, sometimes we have some miscommunication. We will make sure that this does not happen for future candidates!
