4-5 rounds. Generic interview questions and really just want to understand if you are capable of the entry level role. Helps if you have relevant past experiences related to sales support.

I was totally ghosted after 2 interviews here. The interviews, in my opinion, went well and there was full transparency until they didn't want to offer me the job I guess. After 2 interviews and 4 weeks of not hearing back, I emailed HR, once again, congratulating them for finding the right candidate and thanking them for the opportunity and they still did not email me back. I read reviews about IDG being disorganized but didn't think anything of it. I take this as a blessing in disguise because I did not want to work for a company that doesn't have the organization or decency to even tell a candidate they weren't fit for the role. Other than this, the interviews were very straight forward, asked me about my experience and didn't ask any questions that put me on the spot.
