Worst phone interview ever.
The individual interviewing didn't call the first time after scheduling via calendly in advance, to e-mail a day and a half later they had "had their phone stolen" (why no automated e-mail reply setup?).
Then, when the phone interview took place, they were the rudest I'd ever had speak to me. Trying to answer questions was painful. Almost hung up on the phone call, absolute waste of time. Was no longer interested in the position due to their rude and unacceptable conduct. Reflects poorly upon the company. Biggest waste of time.
I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us. This is absolutely our fault and we take full accountability. You are right, an automated email response should have been set up to avoid any scheduling conflicts. No one deserves to feel like our interview process is painful. Raising our hand high to accept responsibility and a huge apology for wasting your time. Your feedback is very important to us and has been noted so that we can improve in the future.

I recently learned that this is an organization that noone should apply for - neither for employment nor funding - as this is not a place that can follow their commitments.
Their hiring manager scheduled an interview with me and then didnt show up on time. AFTER I reached out to see if there were any mistakes, I learned that they decided to put the position on hold and simply did not have the decency and respect for their candidates to inform them.
They are trying to brand themselves as a group for "elite founders" but the experience showed me that it is just a non-functional, mediocre team trying to look cool or relevant by parroting buzzwords.

Entretien
It's a phone call interview, but the schedule was messing up that they didn't even try to contact but insist they did. The interviewer sounds nice and willing to talk more about the company and position. I went through the phone call interview, was told about the next step, but never got back from them. I wrote an email to ask if I can get any feedback but didn't get the reply.
