During my interview for the Innovation Manager position, one of the interviewers informed me that my CV was not as strong as other candidates and that the interview was mainly for an Office Manager role. While I appreciate the feedback, it would have been helpful to know from the beginning that the interview was for a different role. This would have saved both myself and the recruiters time and effort.
