The interviews were not difficult but the leader was very impatient and insecure, did not look at my presentation but was looking at her screen or her phone, and in the end asked questions as if they already know the answer and was just grilling for humiliation.

The interview process is structured in two distinct stages. Following this, a second interview is conducted, focusing entirely on evaluating the candidate's behavioral attributes, exploring their interpersonal skills, work ethic, and how they navigate various professional scenarios.
