The HR department reached out to schedule, conducted a thorough interview with department managers, and had a very in-depth interview to establish expectations from them and from me as a candidate. It was a great exercise and gave me a better understanding of the company and what to expect if offered the position. They have great insurance and 401k. PTO is below average from other local employers, but other benefits balance that.
