Went into the store and asked about the application process, was wanting a full time job. I talked to the store manager there and scheduled an interview and they had me submit an online application as well. Interviewed with another store manager and then with the store manager and then had a phone interview with the district manager. District manager was a pretty casual interview, more about the manager and the district then even about me, but I was offered the next day. The whole process took about a week.

I knew littler about retail but was an unemployed architect and industrial designer after the economy tanked, so I Intended to use this as a way to climb in to corporate as a product designer...fail number 1, though the store manager loved my ambition and energy corporate would prove to not care. The interview was very typical in asking questions about how I problem solve and how I would handle a client in various situations. Be sure to dress in a "fossil-ly" fashion....don't wear a watch that fossil doesn't make until after you got the job. Some people are weird about it... And don't tell a story about when you got a fossil watch, we hear it often and no one cares.
