There were two rounds of interviews (video call), second one with three interviewers (in person) and we had to prepare a task which was fine. However I was disappointed that my time and effort had been wasted as I never heard back. It would have been nice to have got something to let me know, or even better feedback. I can see from the other reviews that I was not the only one frustrated by an organisation who 'genuinely values diversity, cares about others, thinks for the long term'.
