Never asked me about my experience. Just wanted a a body in spot. They didn't seem to want to pay for my experience is worth. They didnt even seem to care about the interview at all.

Entretien
I personally emailed the company and responded to a job posting from Forward Edge. I received a same day response from a hiring manager for the department I applied with. A phone interview conducted at a later scheduled time consisted of normal questions you would expect in a brief phone interview.
I scheduled an in office interview to follow. The discussion ranged from my professional and personal experience. All questions were understandable given the scope of work and business Forward Edge works in (IT support and infrastructure for numerous schools in the region). At the end of the interview I was advised I would be contacted for a second interview with another individual within the company. This interview stemmed a few of the same questions as the first (my experience, etc.) but also went quite a bit more detailed regarding technical knowledge, which was exciting! Most interviews I've participated in for IT Industry leaders usually feel somewhat similar / generic or don't get into the gritty and fun details of IT as an industry, or the products we support.
A day later after the second interview I was contacted with a job offer and further company information!
