Informal phone call, lasting half an hour, that went over my competencies, skills, and reasons for applying. The process was rather painless, though I was told that I cannot ask questions until I get to the next stage in the process, due to time constraints. I feel the interview should be longer to allow questions- I also want to learn more about the company here, regardless of whether I succeed or not at this stage.
I did two rounds of interviews, the first was a screening call with more general questions about myself, second was with a manager who explained what the job would entail.

Great experience - did not feel intimidated at all really got to just have a conversation about what my goals looked like. I wanted a position in Rogers, unfortunately they were full but wanted to work with me, so they offered me a internship at another office.
