I was recruited through the University of Porto's job fare. They called me for an assessment alongside few others a couple of days after handing out my CV and mentioning my achievements to the recruiter. After passing the assessment, I was interviewed by the partner of Mazars and it lasted roughly 40 minutes.

that is a telephone interview, lasting 50 mins, face to face, conducted through team, would ask you follow up questions as well. not very easy i would say but most is behavioral questions

It was a group interview (at least 5-8 individuals) whereby the hiring manger would ask several questions on audit procedures and participants have to answer based on their understanding. Overall, it was quite an informal interview.
