Phone interview which was extremely casual. If you've played a sport or were in Greek life they'll probably be interested in continuing the process. Essentially, they want to see you're someone used to working in a tight-knit team. In-person interview very underwhelming as it was basically a complete rehash of the phone interview. Definitely a red flag when both recruiters couldn't give me a straight answer about what the company does; I legitimately don't think they knew. I know companies are all about culture but was not asked a single question where I could reference classes I've taken, experience in previous jobs, etc. Maybe that comes in the final round, I'm not sure because I removed myself from the hiring process the next morning.

Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
