Very unique and lengthy interview process. Started off with a phone screen though a connection I had with the company. Followed by a zoom interview with more information. Final step was being flown out to one of their offices for an all day interview. I interviewed in the Dallas office. Interview day started at 8 AM and didn’t end until about 5 PM. You are sat down in the lobby with about 5 other candidates and called one by one all day. Talked & “interviewed” with 10 different people in the office throughout the day. Every conversation was essentially the same and was talked at most of the time. Every interview was conversational with no standard or behavioral interview questions. All of the guys in the office were very friendly and all former athletes. Time to shadow employees on the floor as well. Lack of Human Resources department was concerning. Cocktail hour following interview day. After the interview they fly you back home. I followed up but never even received a response telling me if I would or would not be receiving an offer. Good experience, but seemed like a waste of time after not even receiving a simple yes or no.

Had some really great first and second interview rounds, and then they flew me out to see the office. was there all day and thought it went well and then they basically ghosted me. acted as if they were super interested and then i had to reach out multiple times and they wouldn't even tell me if they were moving forward with me or not. got completely ghosted and scammed.
