Entretien
I was give one over the phone interview and one in person interview. The interviewer wanted to discusses my previous jobs and experience. The interviewer asked me to tell him about times I was in certain situations with customers. He basically wanted to see if I had good customer service skills. Interviewer also inquired on my knowledge of computers and operating common software (Word, Excel). I later found out from my recruiter that the interviewer wanted to hear how I sounded on the phone.
