      HR emailed for a screening call 2 weeks in advance. Upon booking a time slot, the HR cancelled the interview call 3 days before and didn’t even bother dropping an email to explain why or ask to reschedule. There are other firms who pay more competitively and HR just wrote the compensation package in the initial email without any room for discussion or explanation.

      Phone screen call, the recruiter was sweet, kind and straightforward. The interview went well except when she asked me if i 'll need VISA Sponsorship in future, I said yes and then she straightforwardly mentioned that they don't sponsor and only hiring citiznes, permanent residents.

      With five years of sales experience and returning from a recent career break, I engaged with several firms to find the right next step. Among them, Forrester stood out for its well-structured, transparent, and human-centered interview process. The process spanned four weeks and included an initial conversation with the recruiting lead, followed by interviews with the hiring manager, a departmental head, an existing RDR, and a final presentation. While the structure was standard, the experience was far from ordinary. What truly distinguished Forrester was the caliber of its people and the genuine care they demonstrated throughout — and even after — the interview process. Despite not receiving an offer, I was met with empathy, constructive feedback, and sincere encouragement from both the recruiting lead and departmental head. They went above and beyond, offering support, confidence, and continued engagement even after the process concluded. When I eventually joined a different firm led by a Forrester alum, both individuals took the time to reach out personally to congratulate me and reinforce the positive choice I'd made — a rare gesture that speaks volumes about their character and the culture at Forrester. If you're considering an opportunity at Forrester, I wholeheartedly encourage you to pursue it. The process is thoughtful and rewarding, and should you succeed, you’ll be joining a truly exceptional team.

      As part of the final stage, I was asked to complete a presentation focused on a retail organisation. The task involved analyzing the company’s strategic objectives, identifying key decision-makers to target, crafting a tailored outbound message, outlining a follow-up plan in case of no response, and concluding with a brief introduction about myself and why I would be a strong fit for the role.
