Extremely easy! First is a 30-min phone interview with the recruiting manager to establish alignment on the role and compensation with basic interview questions. After that you'll have 1-2 30-min phone interviews with your potential managers that will ask about certain competencies and review your resume. All going well, you'll be invited to a half-day interview with about 5 people in 30-min intervals. The questions will focus around the competencies required for the role and assess your critical thinking skills. And finally, there is an application exercise.
