So far I have only been screened by a HR representative, after being referred for AC role. The call took about 30min and was fairly standard. They proceeded by sending me an email summarising what was discussed over the phone, which I found very helpful in terms of getting a good idea of what the company does and their ability to follow up. I have since then been scheduled to have a "tentative interview" over the phone with the recruitment manager, which should one of 3 phone interviews. If successful I should receive a case study that I will have to present in person at the Sydney Forrester office.
