Initial communication occurred at a recruiting event held at a local restaurant. It included about 15-20 female brand ambassadors looking to book promotional events. You are asked to submit your application online and await a call from a representative at the corporate office for a phone interview. The phone interview is no longer than 10 minutes. If you pass the phone interview you are asked to attend a group training. The group training is hosted by the field manager who conducts several exercises aside from providing a slide show about the products you will be promoting in order to select a handful of brand ambassadors and a few team leaders to book for upcoming promotional events.
