I can not fault the interview experience at all, it was so well managed, frequent communication throughout, really friendly people. Honestly, one of the best interview experiences I have had. - 30 min screening call with HR - take home test that was actually really enjoyable and not too taxing - 45 min competency / experience based chat with hiring manager - 2 x 30 min calls with exec that the roll supported, informal and conversational I was offered the role and was really pleased with the offer, but was also offered another role concurrently, and ended up taking the other role. But this would have been an amazing role and everyone was genuinely so nice and friendly, 10/10 would recommend from my experience.

Mostly experience based questions around my past roles, touching on diary management, managing conflicting priorities and time management. Key areas besides the above were also about being assertive, protecting your time as well as those you support, being able to push back.

Entretien
It was a very smooth and enjoyable process. I initially spoke with a member of the Talent Team who was very informative about the role. Following this I spoke with a manager and the current role holder. This was more conversational style yet professional. It gave me an insight into the company’s culture. I felt comfortable asking questions and talking about my experience. The final stage was talking to a member of the Executive Team that I would be supporting. They were incredibly approachable and I had a very enjoyable conversation. At each stage, the next steps were clearly detailed. After the final stage, I was contact by a member of the talent team that I spoke with initially with great news.
