Asked very straight forward questions about my employment history and background. Attended an orientation for the restaurant group and then an introductory dinner where I was given my training manual and treated to a really delicious dinner.

Entretien
Recruiter reached out offering interview for a hostess position rather than a server position. Offered different times one evening for a phone interview for the next day, didn’t see the email til that day and when I responded, they sent a rejection. They seemed to be desperate for servers, and I’m sure they are approaching patio season, but I guess the need isn’t that great if they are so quick to reject.

Entretien
You get called in for an in-person interview. If they like you, you will then be asked to come in for a working interview. If that goes well, you'll receive an email from the HR department for a final interview and if that goes well, you'll receive an email regarding orientation. At orientation you fill out all the necessary documents and learn a little about the company. You will then get back in touch with a manager to discuss your start date.
