The interview process was extremely high-pressure, with aggressive questioning, unrealistic expectations and little opportunity for thoughtful responses. The atmosphere felt tense, intimidating and designed to test stress tolerance over actual skills.

The interviewer will have your resume printed out and some notes that they have written on it. They will start to go through your resume and ask questions about it. If there's a project that you've done before, they will ask you to showcase it.
