A technical test was given before the interview. After the test, I was invited for a physical interview scheduled to last two hours. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly given an IQ test without prior notice. The person in charge would only proceed with the interview if I passed the test. The actual interview lasted about an hour, during which the head of the respective department asked many detailed questions, covering everything from A to Z

Interviewer enquires past experience of the candidate and went into personal details too soon. Unfortunately, it did not follow up closely on the technical aspects of the previous technical assessment.
