Entretien
The interview first started off with a group interview with me and 3 other people and I was being interviewed by two managers. After the group interview they went to the back of the store and discussed and sent two people home. Then me and the other person did solo interviews. Both were pretty simple. Just be presentable and be yourself. I was given an offer but they lost my paperwork the first time, and now they aren't hiring. So I'm still waiting to see what they are going to do next.

How do you stay up to date with the latest fashions in footwear?
You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

Asked basic questions about my experience, where I see myself in 5 years, describe myself I. 3 words, the meaning of integrity and then they go for a second interview where it’s one on one and ask further questions.

Entretien
I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
