You are set up with HR for the first hour discussing the job overview and benefits. After that you are set up in separate smaller interviews with two to three directors of allocations, in which you will be asked plenty of questions. Have some questions of your own as well, they enjoy hearing those. The whole process takes over two hours

I completed 4 interviews in total. The first was a phone screening, where I was asked very general questions about my resume. The 2nd and 3rd had more situational questions. The 4th interview focused more on my personality, what I envisioned for my future, etc… to see if I was a good fit beyond my experience.

Participate in an interview with the hiring team. There is a Panel Interview and an HR Interview, The panel interview consists of a one hour on-camera meeting over Microsoft Teams with two- three of the Directors of Planning and Allocation. You will also schedule a separate 30-minute interview with the HR Business Partner.

This was a pretty standard interview process. There were 3 interviews and one project interview done while explaining your processes to the interviewers. It was a good amount of time to know if you’d jive with your soon to be coworkers.
