I had some contacts in the company so it was fairly easy for me to contact them and get an interview. I had two separate phone interviews, in which they asked about some of my experiences and if I would be a good fit for the company and in which department I would fit in.

Domande semplici e dirette, sono stata messa subito a mio agio. Cercano determinazione e tanta voglia di fare. No insicurezze, no timidezza. Mi hanno spiegato nei dettagli le varie posizioni lavorative e i diversi contratti di lavoro.

Come mai hai scelto di candidarti per Foot Locker?
There were a few rounds of interviews with fairly standard questions. Communication while waiting between interviews was not great, but the interviews themselves were very laid back. Each interview was with a different person and lasted anywhere from 30 mins to an hour.
I had 3 interviews. One was a phone call and the other 2 were Skype interviews. These interviews lasted about 45 minutes. Not a stressful interview process at all. They asked me about my resume mostly throughout the interviews.
