I applied for footlocker online and waited about 2 weeks and received a call. They called me in for an interview that same week and said they'd get back to me. I waited about another 2 weeks and received another call to let me know I got the job. You really have to just go in there confident and be yourself. Me and the manger were just having a regular conversation.

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
