I applied online for a part-time position via the Foot Locker careers website. I was then invited for an in-store interview with store management. After the interview, I received a phone call confirming my offer and start date.

Very easy process 1:1 interview with the assistant manager, asked basic interview questions about my prior experience, and skills questions. It was very chilled and laid back which maybe should have been a warning. They seemed to suggest there was good progression within the role and I could move up within the store very quickly.
