      Entretien

      From the start of my application process with Foodee, I was transparent regarding my visa requirements. Despite this, I was involved in a detailed and demanding application process, including a challenging take-home assignment and multiple interviews over several weeks. Regrettably, after investing significant time and effort, my application was declined solely due to my visa status. This outcome was not just disappointing, but it also led to a considerable loss of time and potential opportunities. It is particularly frustrating and disheartening to be led through such an extensive process, only to face rejection for a reason that was clear from the beginning. This approach not only hinders the immediate job prospect but also adversely impacts the broader job search for applicants with complex visa situations. I would urge Foodee to reconsider their hiring practices, especially in the early stages of the application process. Additionally, I advise fellow immigrants and refugees to be cautious when applying to Foodee, given these potential challenges.
