I applied through their website. Within a week after I applied, I heard back from the recruiter. We had a quick phone screen. Then I was invited to a final interview. One of the requirements was to put together a presentation about the certain subject. I think it's a good idea because it gave me an opportunity to showcase my presentation skills and my ability to align with the job requirements. It was not something I was normally asked to do, but it ended up being fun to put together. Everyone was very nice and professional.
