Easy. Store manager at the time was great. Gave a real world interview. He became my mentor throughout my time there. Felt like I was talking to a old friend
Simple questions. Goals for your team. Manager experience of managing a team of 30+ people. A lot of “describe when” questions & explaining situations you’ve been in. Must be willing to work weekends & holidays
