Very easy. Showed up and said I worked at Food Lion before and got hired. My first time ever though I had an uncle who referenced me. Got the job right on the spot.

They are straight forward at their interviews, however they mainly higher through recruiting companies. The interviewers are quite laid back and do not pressure you. You have to fill out some Multiple choice sheets and youțre done

Entretien
I applied online. The store manager called me two weeks later and asked me if I was interested in coming in to do an interview. It was my first job interview so I was very nervous about what I should wear and what questions will they ask. After the store manager asked me the questions she told me to come in that Friday to start the employment process.
